Ventura Educational Systems will provide usage of apps subject to the conditions stated below in this document. When you use our apps you accept the following conditions.

Before you continue using our apps we advise you to read our privacy policy. We do not collect any user data.

Copyright
Content published in our apps is the property of Ventura Educational Systems and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found in our apps is the exclusive property of Ventura Educational Systems.

Communications
When you communicate with Ventura Educational Systems we assume you grant consent to receive communications from us. However we will honor requests to stop communication if so desired.

Applicable Law
Our apps are developed in the United States and governed by the laws of the United States and any applicable international laws.

Disputes
Any dispute related to the use of our apps shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in the developer’s location and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Comments, Reviews, and Emails
Comments and reviews can be posted on Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple Computer’s policies. In general posts may not be obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties.

License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of the app. You are not allowed to distribute or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from Ventura Educational Systems.
