Resistive
touch technology uses a glass sheet with transparent conductive coating
beneath a polyester top sheet. It offers light transmission values of
up to 80%. The calibration for this type of display is very stable. Activation
occurs in response to a fingernail, credit card, gloved hand, pen as well
as finger touch input.
Our Resistive
Touch monitors have a resolution of 1024 x 1024 with an 8-15 ms response
time. The expected life of this type of monitor is millions of touches.
Units are available with either a Serial or USB connection. Ventura PixelTouch
monitors are perfect for schools, adaptive applications, libraries, restaurants,
and medical environments. System Requirements: WIN '98, NT, 2K, XP or
Linux.
