| The file contains the options, New
Student, Open, Save, Print and Quit. The file contains the options,

| New Student |
The New Student option
is used to enter the name of the student using the program, the
period, if desired, and the date. Selecting this option, entering
student identification information and completing the operation
by clicking OK, resets the scores for the the activities. Cancel
can be used to stop this operation. |
| Open... |
A record of each student's
scores can be stored on a disk in a file. Name of the file is
entered prior to saving. To continue using the program and add
new scores to an existing file select Open from the file menu
and then select the appropriate file name from the listed presented.
A separate disk can be used for storing student scores. |
| Close |
Select Close to close
the current window. Use this menu option to exit from any of
the activities or to close the scoreboard window. |

| Save |
The Save option writes
the current scores to a file. The student may specify the file
name if it has not already been specified. |
| Save As.... |
The Save As option writes
the current scores to a file. The student may specify the file
name. |
| Print |
The Print option sends
to the printer an activity sheet for the current topic unless
it is selected when the Certificate window is open or the Scoreboard
window, in which case it prints the Certificate or Scoreboard. |

Quit
(Exit)
|
Quit (Mac) or Exit (Windows
) is used to stop using the program and to return to the desktop.
If scores have not been save a warning dialog box will be presented. |
