| Double click the icon of the program to launch
the main application. Macintosh user may wish to creat an alias
for the program icon and place it conveniently on the desktop.
Windows users may do the same or select Marine Invertebrates
from the Ventura folder in the Start menu. After the program
has been started, the title screen will be shown. |

| Click the mouse anywhere on the window and the
student login window will be shown. |

| Enter the student information and click OK in
order to use the record keeping option. If record keeping is
not desired click cancel to use the program without specifying
the student information. |
